Prevent workers from accidentally switching on the locked out equipment with a STOPOUT Universal Blockout Wall Switch Lockout. Dual use lockout device can be easily used for both rocker/toggle and flat paddle switches.
- Lockout device fully encloses the entire switch in the
desired position.
- Just lock the switch in down position, flip down the door, and secure with the living hinge. Fasten a standard padlock to block out access to the switch completely.
