Identify equipment that is locked out. Make sure that someone does not re-energize it and cause an accident or damage to the equipment. Tag is typically used with a lock.
- Tags have sequential numbers on the tag as well as on the tear-off stub. Each tag (and tear-off stub) is pre-numbered. We select the starting number.
- Back of tag shows "See Other Side".
- Tags are printed on a 13 pt cardstock and include a fiber reinforced patch for extra strength. They are durable indoors. For outside use, order the optional vinyl tag holders.
- The lower portion of the tag is perforated, so that you may easily remove this stub.
- Tags are sold in packs of 100 and are pre-strung for ease of attachment.
